I recently joined Hallmark Travel and I brought over 15 years of experience in the travel industry with me. After completing a one-year BTEC Travel and Tourism programme following school, I started working as a trainee at my local travel agency. There, I was offered the opportunity to undergo a six-month course to become a Business Travel Consultant, which I successfully completed.
I spent 15 years in the business travel sector before taking a break to focus on my family. Throughout my career, I've travelled to various destinations including beach holidays in the Caribbean and cruises around the Mediterranean. Waking up in a different country each morning during cruises has been particularly enjoyable for me.
My love lies in helping people find their perfect holiday. I enjoy speaking with clients and providing them with personalized travel solutions. Joining Hallmark Travel allows me to continue pursuing my passion for travel while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
